What is the best way to improve my technical skills that a company ask for after you graduate from university and you have no experience?

Usually if you are new graduate and you have computer skills then try to get training on any software that is applicable to your job and get certificates that would help your CV to be admired by employers. Take the job even for alternative atleast to get experience and keep improving your skills.

Learn by yourself what you need for your job. If you have graduated, you have the background to do it.

Continuous learning thru your mistakes or hurdles.
