I am masters degree student in energy technology ..how can i can get masters thesis title related to my field or related to renewable energy?

What I know is that you can't work with full devotion until the Title or Area is not the same what you are interested in.

You have to do four things:

1) First search yourself,

2) Discuss with your seniors,  

3) Literature Survey

4) Finally discuss with your adviser

I hope by following these steps you will reach the desired target.

First of all you should think about what is your interest. then go to IEEE or google scholar and search your key world like... demand side management, wind turbine with induction motor, maximum power point tracking and ..... .
