Is it employee needs experience before joining the work force?How about us learning to work and willing to do it right.Please give chance we do it.

Indeed, work experience is a plus in every job application, however, we also need to remember that every experience starts with acquaintance or familiarity of the job. Most often, we gain our expertise of the job which became the foundation of our experiences from scratch, when we are still joining the workforce.  Don't worry about having no experience at all because with the right education, attitude and confidence of the job we choose, we will surely be given a chance to learn and gain that experience we need.

Thats how iIalways feel when Ima filing up my cv i never knew what to fill up when i never recall any experiences nor skills i have in my field i finished my course study in civil engineering but no chance to work on my field thats why now that im searching for the work i dont know how all i feel is im lacking but im willing to lean and dedicate my time to work diligent and effective i think im worth it after all.
