Is it better to have a female boss or do you prefer a male?

I have no preference, without any discrimination between male and female.

The most important is to be:

• Understanding
• Flexible
• Decision maker
• Calm
• Thankful
• Sensitive

I think this is not a matter of Gender. who ever is boss HE/SHE if they have such abilities and skills needed for the said job and he loves to teach subordinates and take care of their issues then best for the position.
