Honestly, i used to eat junk foods especially when i am working. It is not though as an added ingredient to perform well but i just love to eat finger foods while working. It makes me at ease. However, as junk foods are not nutritious and good for the body, I stopped eating them. I switched to healthy foods by starting with biscuits, then breads, and taking my meals on time. I used to forget my meal time when eating junk foods especially at work. But now, I always make it a point to prepare sandwiches and home made meals as my food supplement at work.
Bring your own food from home, you can take with you Sandwiches, salads, fruits or anything that you like. you can even grab a lunch. But consider that you never buy junk food... this way is pocket friendly too not just healthy.

Eating healthy food at work is an everyday decision that you have to make. Before I was weighing 81 kg but now I am weighing 59kg because two years ago I made a decision to get back into shape and be healthy.
Always choose water to hydrate yourself. Drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water a day. For AM and PM snacks eats handful of nuts or one serving of fruits of your choice.
Make sure to a have a balance meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat at the right time. Spend time to prepare your healthy meals and share it with your friends and colleagues at work.
Almost every other person suggest you that to bring home prepared food, well, I understand its not that easy for every other person,No offence, but I went through your profile, in order to provide a proper answer,You are a femine figure, must be a figure conscious type to,So in your matter I would like to suggest that prepare a bowl of salad, contains, green salad most, and boiled chicken or meat peices, to taste, with seasoning as per your taste.Prepare dish for around two or three days, it wouldn't take much or your time, and you can refrigerate them for around two days.Keep a boile chicken or meat, they also survive for around two to three days.
So prepare a lunch box, in night, with ingredients you already prepared in your spare time, I would like to mention again, that it would not take much or your time, as far as I know max an hour.So every night prepare a lunch box with already prepare items, do not eat all in one time its quite hard to, eat in intervals,For lunch time you can also use this dish,You can prepar a sandwich or a home made burger with that same items, if possible bake some deep fried chicken type things,as you can store them for days as well.Bottom line, take time out of your daily routing life, prepare food items that you can refrigerte for around a day or two,and bring that to office.Also there are several different dishes, like in Pakistan and India, they make shami kabab or simple kaba type things and refrigerate, when ever feel hungry, simply friend them at they are reay to eat.

I prefer to have healthy diet at work. You should not eat without your break timings, and you should let you feel hungry before eating.
MMMMM Some times junk depends on the group if they will order from falafl resturant i cant tolerat i have to eat but not that much a littel quantity is enugh
in general the life styl lead us to order fast food the smart pepole will will order healthy fast food like cheese sandwich with vegetabelse or grilled chicken sandwich with veg its fas food but healthy and we have to avoid junk food att alllllll one optine to avoided bring you lunch box with u divided to parts for fruits and vegetables and some slice breade with protien

I use to eat Junk-40% and healthy food-60%,
It's easy to swap this two, depending on your mood, health and body condition,
Look at the image and make your decision what do you select to eat
(Even Bateria, Fungus, Insect etc.... are not ready to eat junk food why should we ?????)

I agree with the suggestions of preparing and bringing healthy food from home. Another alternative is to get together with colleagues and take turns preparing and bringing a plate of healthy food to the office each day to lighten the burden of preparing a bit. Cheers!
