Work quality is one of the elements used to evaluate employee performance.Quality of work life (QWL) refers to the favourableness or unfavourableness of a jobenvironment for the people working in an organisation.
With respect to end-users, quality is subjective. When one customer is satisfied with a product, another would seek something even better.
But in regard to the manufacturers or producers, almost every work would have a standard to maintain throughout the development and production cycle. This set of standards are predetermined by the company or an independent body poineering in a specific field or process. With this as a reference point, quality becomes relative and a work can be judged by professionals following the code of standards.
