  1. Simple structure: simple structure is characterized by what is missing in his development.
  2. The mechanical bureaucracy: it relies heavily on standardized procedures.
  3. The professional bureaucracy: organizations can be bureaucratic without being centralized. These organizations are characterized by a stable operative workstation, which causes a standardized and predictable behavior.
  4. The shaped divisions: it is not so much an integrated organization as a number of quasi-autonomous units connected by a central administration.
  5. Adhocracy: it is mostly an organic structure with low degree of formalization of behavior, high degree of horizontal specialization in work, based on the training and the tendency to group the specialists in functional units for housekeeping purposes but project group consist in small markets to do the real work.
