Yes, I agree with the aforesaid statement, A bad customer service can mislead the company status and profit. A satisfied customer service is more important then an initial business.

Bad customer service department will definitely cause a company's failure. All companies are customer centric and if customers do not get the service they expect then their association with the company would end. Hence every company needs to focus on their customer service department for the company to flourish.

I feel poor customer service is a major influence on a company failing, especially if the business is heavily reliant on it's customers to bring in the revenue through use of their services or purchase of products. To capture repeat customers and positive feedback through word of mouth, social media and the press is paramount to a company, even affecting shares and the financial stability of a firm.

Yes, it can. Customer service is the face of any company.As such, any breakdown in customer experience would have an immensily negative effect on the entire image of the comapny, thus attracting failure.

Bad customer service department can cause a company's failure or worst the company reputation will drop to 0(negative).

First impression is lasting and yet still efffective nowadays.

""Customer is always right." yes, they are always right. They are the consumer that makes a company successful, without them to whom will you sell your products? Thats why we have to treat them well, make them feel that they are important,  satisfy their questions and needs. Even in a bad situation, customer service should take full responsibility for it, finding solutions to what worst may happen. Excellent customer service is always makes the company proud and successful.

Indeed. In this age where only a few basic companies run with monopoly, majority of the companies have competition based market. If the customer is not satisfied with any component of the company or product, with customer service being the key as it shows the personality of the company whether they keep customers first, they can move on to the next company with better services.

If the product of the company is Customer Service then for this question is yes!

In practise, is it feasible to imagine to have a Customer Service Department that drives to failure end. Never. No colleague of the CSD will attempt towards to this.
