Are we not above nature . . . we are part of it. Are we reflecting this nature in our leadership?

I love this question and statement......

Yes, we are reflecting our nature and personal environment

i.e. : Hot with desert or lettle green fields coutries their people become jumpy and vice versa in cold country or wide green fields we notice that people become calm .

in the same time people who live in mountain with rocks they have complicated feelings .

Nature refletc their impressions on us, thats why we are reflecting our nature on Leadership.....

Certainly YES we are not above nature just part of it and BEST of all living things ALLAH created 

Yes we are reflecting this nature in Leadership also as we inherited different diseases and qualities. So like the same If we are kind hearted it is by nature, we are intelligent by nature, decesive by nature, smiley face by nature, problem solving by nature and lot many examples are their. You may observed your child since he/she was infant and remember lot many things when a child break toys and then try to repair again we said HE will be become an Engineer. If our daughter is caring or playing with some surgical toys and like those we says she will be become Doctor. Or a child doing business in family& friends He/she is more likely to be a business minded. And many examples like this so Nature is always reflecting in Leadership.

I do that think nature relects in your Leadership Style... What Could relect in your leadership Style is your family background, upbringing, education and experience and most importantly YOU the person. I feel Leadership Style is one builds up himself over the years of growth

Being in a GLOBAL network here ... a CONTEXT is  needed in order to have better understanding what you really mean by NATURE here. 

Based my the understanding I got, YES, there are many things that we see in nature that could be considered LEADERSHIP learnings. Example includes the flow of water for example.

- Water follows the easiest rout to reach a goal. 

- Trees bend when the wind is very strong!

- Folcanos erupt when pressure is too high!

I hope this has some sort of relation to what was meant by the question.
