What is the most significant accomplishment you have achieved as a manager?

You know that you have succeeded in your role when you can go on holidays and not receive a single phone call and on return to work, find that all is as it should be.

this means hiring the right staff, training staffs in role requirements, understanding the direction of the executive. 

If I can go to work everyday, see the staff smiling and greet me in a friendly genuine tone and knowing all that should occur has, then that tells me I have accomplished what is meant to be done.

If you want to know personally, I have received national awards for EBIT growth and branch of the year. Theses only come through team effort.

My team is happily working with me and when I go on leave, i only receive calls for work done.

I bielieve that the accomplishment I am most proud of would be the fact that I got the vast majority of my employees (>140 people) to fully support me and work with me in harmony by allowing them to speak on a first-name basis to me and by always keeping my door open for each and every one of them. the results of that year are still the best seen since the beginning of the organization in 2003.

For me, my team working under me are happy and contributing their best output is the achievement and happy with that and was having the fruitful results as a team by delivering the deliverables to our clients on agreed service agreement. Thanks.

·         Improved and developed the Engineering Projects\\Facilities\\Maintenance activities like BD, PM, RM, TPM along with related maintenance KPIs using systemized procedures in largest Manufacturing Co. also the one of biggest holding company in eastern province at Saudi Arabia.

·         Overseen, executed, supervised many engineering facilities projects with installation, renovation, and alteration of Building Management Systems (BMS), along with slashed the administration costs percentage as lowest by negotiating pricing and fees with authorized contractors.
