On or before the  project kicks off, Procurement Department must engage all the Stakeholders involves in the project planning and execution, in other to access their. Procurement planning phase requires the commitment and engagement of stakeholders. It is at this process we identify what is being purchased, have we got funds, is it in the budget, what route we want to take, what is our existing stage and most importantly what we will achieve out of the project. All these questions needs to be answered in option A and B.
