It is very good. Once my sister lost her account to a hacker and they rolled it back no questions asked, with all money and items, everything. On top of that, her english wasn't very good back then and the customer service agent was super calm and understandable on the phone with her.Their support agents are fans of the game and know about it a lot, so you never leave without an answer. Their replies are often in character and it feels like you're talking with someone from the game itself. Often players would say "I wish I had more issues to solve with these guys because they're awesome".
