I will motivate competent staff and I will offer their privileges
Thanks Mrs. Hafsa for invitation ,
through our life between companies and positions we learned so many lessons , experience and other things . and one who did not learn any thing see as unexperienced person As for me , one of the most lessons i have learned is to build the right team and work with it to achieve your goal , One person can do nothing inside organization unless he - she has team work spirit and ability to work with them toward specific goal
I think the most valuable lesson is taking into my considration my team's opinion when taking any decision espicially those regarding our goals or plans for future
Thank you Mr. Omar for the invitation.
My most valuable lesson learned from my mistakes on a manager's role was putting trust for people who did not deserve.
To be honest & sincere with you, I have never been a manager. Therefore i will leave this wonderful question to the managers & those who have ever been managers to share their wonderful experiences.
Thanx for the invitation
I think team management is quite big responsibility. I learn that negotiation and team learning schedules are very important for results orientation.
I’m the kind of person who tries to learn and grow from every mistake. One thing I have learned from past mistakes is when to ask for help. I have learned that it is far better to ask for clarification and solve an issue right away than to be unsure.
Agree on experts answers, Thanks for your invitation,

When I think back to my first management role, I can say with certainty (and a tinge of regret) that I underestimated just how challenging it was going to be. I talk in my book about how disheartening it was for me, after 5 years managing people, to finally realize that in fact I was a terrible manager, and the people working for me were really not enjoying themselves. The truth of the matter is, every one of us sets out with the intention of being a great manager but so few of us get it right the first time.
