Do you think Biomedical Engineering field is growing or declining in trems of job market specially in the Gulf area?

I would say that Biomedical Engineering is growing as a profession specially with the new advancements in healthcare technologies. However, in the Arabic Gulf countries, the economy is experincing a sever depression as the oil prices are dropping and the political situation is unstable. This contibutes to the declination of job market, not only in Biomedical Engineering, but in many other sectors.

It's growing day by day with more competitions.

In Kuwait, I would say declining as most relevant biomedical engineering jobs are being taken by electrical/electronic engineers.
