An Administrator is the main part of the company. What is the poorest task that you have to perform daily?

FIRST OF ALL , NO ONE CAN SAY THERE IS NO POORING ROLE CUZ U CAN'T REACH TO THE OPTIMUM , EVERY WORK BECAME A ROUTINE BY THE TIME, JUST BREAK UR ROUTINE WITH A TACTICAL WAYS LIKE JOB ENLARGEMENT OR JOB ENRICHEMENT.

The question is about Administration means.
First i request you to Delete the word of poorest because an admin plays several roles per day to keep the company in a normal move.
I love to be a admin

I would not prefer using word poorest, rather I would use the word easiest and the most clerical :) work and that is Monitoring the Support Staff Attendance sheet or the Attendance reports on daily basis.

i agree with Binod and Noor 100% however admin should try to minimise the conflict as much as he can in a diplomatic way and in a open minded way..

I will not call the poorest role, because the role is a business need at the end.
But the challenge of the role of an administrator that it involves many paper work and we can consider it monotonus tasks.
Thus, managers should be carefull in designing the administrators role for not to be boring, thereshould be mix between the monotonus tasks and the challenging one even in the daily tasks; this mix kep the administrators always challenged and motivated.

No role in administration is poor or boring for me,as you get to learn & enhance different skills from different work you do..
Loving each n every bit of your work would indeed make you a successful professional

If there is conflict situation between the owner then this is the very complicated case to the employee in the working hour.
To keep the organization or company alive some times in above mention situation and balance the owner an administrator have to hide some realities unlikely.
which i'm facing.
it is not the poorest work but to keep one's word up and another's down in the same company/ organization is really boring for me.

There is no poor role in admin no matter how you think the role is irrelevant you will later realize it is good to pay attention to details.
