Of the following, which are your highest priority initiatives for 2017?

In order of preference :

1. Innovation of product and services, Look out what new one can offer
2. Employee morale. Happy employees give better results & efficiency and can be expected to raise the bar & performance
3. Efficiencies, cutting costs.  Once performance has improved, efficiencies can be fine tuned
4. Quality / reliability.  Improved efficiencies give me Quality and reliability of service
5. Customer relationships/experiences.  I can now focus on customers

I would consider seriously taking up all the initiatives listed above because leaving out or missing out on any of them would be a big mistake that would actually cost the busines alot thus they are all necessary & relevant.
