I have been in the gulf region for sometime now and am greatly surprised. Why do employers apply double standards in human resource recruitment?

Actually, these double standards exist all over the world, even in the so-called West! The citizens will always remain citizens and have special rights and guest workers will always be guest workers with lesser rights! All over!
