What's the method statement for insulation (Mineral Fibre) for chilled water pipes?

For Chilled Water supply Pipe we don't need to use mineral Fiber because glass fiber insulation is enough for chilled water pipe in order to protect from physical contact only  

1- cut pipe insulation longitudinally according pipe length 2- apply adhesive in inner of insulation 3- apply adhesive on pipe 4- put the insulation in pipe and make pressure by your hand in places to remove any air lock between insulation and pipe 5- apply adhesive tape over the longitudinal seem
