I confess I don't like these "which is more important" questions. In this case there is a simple correct answer: it is hard work. Talent without work is meaningless. (Work without talent will usually produce something worthwhile in the end.)
It doesn't matter how much talent you have for playing the trombone: you still have to practise for thousands of hours to be an expert. (Somebody without talent will take twice as much time and four times the effort to be merely competent.)
Both are necessary for success, but i would give hard work a higher priority.
With talent being a natural gift towards achieving something with significantly lower effort, while hard hork being the key towards providing something with significance no matter the effort, I would say that hard work is always the key towards success. If by someone being talented in something, he/she achieves acceptable results in less time, then even better.
The example with the trombone provided by the expert before me is actually a great way to seperate those two and see that hard hord is always the key.
I hope I was helpful.
Talent is very important then hardwork. Because Donkey is very hard worker but not have talent or mind to do some as talented human .
if get any success do the hard work
Talent is an inborn quality that gives you a smart way to achieve.Talent is futile unless you go for it. One should never sit on a couch and expect for a good result. Just because you have talent doesn't mean you can go on the field and be the star of the team. “Hard work beats talent when talentfails to work hard
Hard working because if we have the talent but not hardworking then talent is useless.
With talent you may do your work, but with Hard work you may do all the work and learn new skills that will help you do the job perfectly
Hard work is very much important to become talented. Hard work is always key to success.
