You can use LOGO, Siemens Step7200 or 300, Allen Bradley OR Mitsubishi..
All of them can be programmed by the several types:
Ladder
Statement
Body diagram...
But the easiest and simplist one is the LADDER
PLC were developed for certain sectors in the industry. Siemens for instance is very popular in the bottling industry due to the fact that most bottling machines are from German origin. In the paper industry however Allen Bradely is used due to the fact that most paper machines are from Canadian or Northern American origin. Mitsubishi is a good all rounder and has very good function blocks and the Human Interface are rather easy to program In my mind the best PLC is the unit that goes with your application and should not be rated by the brand alone. Mistubishi is the easiest to program since it also has a binary programming function, statement list, ladder, and logic.
the best plc type is simens S7 and can use lader digram (LD) or SFC or FBD
You can use LOGO, Siemens Step7200 or 300 or 400 . Allen Bradley
I think Siemens s 7200 will be very easy to program and will be good practice to learn how to program PLC
LG PLC or DELTA PLC
its too simple to modify any thing
you can start with SIEMENS LOGO! or LSIS G7M.
you can start with Mitsuibitshi software or Delta PLC using ladder programming language
after that Allen Bradley Micrologix and Siemens Step7300.
I think you should try Mitsuibitshi software (Melsoft FX Trainer) because in there are different types of built in projects for beginner, intermediate, or at expert level having instructions how to make a program.
Siemens S7-300 series is best PLC type for first time programming. Reasons are:
1: Easy hardware design.
2: Ladder programming.
3. Easy HMI design.
All plc have the same function. What you nedd to do is learn ladder diagram.
