What part of your job was most difficult?

The word Difficulty is subjective, it may vary from area to area, person to person, as I have experienced anticipating IR issues in company is quit difficult, in this regard communication channels should be very effective in order to minimize or prevent symptoms of issue. Apart from such kind, almost HR activities we can plan better and execute even if we are not so master in those.

I believe the most difficult part was my experience in KSA as I had to study well the differences between the HR system and the labor law in Egypt & KSA.

On the other hand I would prefer to try working in any other country like Australia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman but the HR environment in KSA specifically is not supportive at all.
