Challenge - this too shall pass. Other than CHANGE nothing else is permanent. Then where is the scope for Challenge to grow to become BIG.

finishing the project on time is at the moment my biggest challenge. i am working on a rush project which is supposed to be of 6 months but we have to finish it in three month. if i achieve that it would be astonishing for me.

I guess conflict management. Albeit I have always successfully managed them until now but it hard for a person like me to face conflicts. I think the biggest gift we humans have is the ability to change and adapt without and external intervention. So we all do learn to face our challenges and thats what has happened with me. But its still a challenge because every conflict is new, has new characters, has new and unthought or unheard of consequences,etc.
Another one, is my OCD of checking and rechecking things and sometimes get bogged down into micros. Sometimes its good as it does teach you something but then not trusting people also is sometime demoralising for people. But cant help it. ha ha ha.
