Until i feel valued, i feel i matter for that organization.
intentions should be to stay there, because you have showed your will to join them but once you started to see negative points of the company it is time to move to some other firm.
I would not be thinking of quitting if I see myself well appreciated and a valuable asset to the company.
As long as i see myselft fruitful and important i will stay. Moreover, its your passion in the job that makes you happy leading to a longer stay at work.
