What will be your reaction if your boss testing you for your personality without any information? can he do that? what kind of boss do you like?

If so, my reaction will be usual to him. Yes he can do the said test because when you want to see any secret thing you need to hide your self from the view. I like such kind of boss who is positive in mind. Thanks.

Its abvious boss can test any time.. but mostly they do. In fresh employee case study.. Secondly ..Rule No.1 Boss is right,Rule No.2 incase if the boss is wrong, we have to follow Rule No.1 in order to prevent orginizational lose.. by losing your job or your boss job.. because the new employee will take time settle down..and company shall face major lose.. I am not saying to follow & provide support your boss if he is doing unethical,illegal conduct, or causing any type of lose to the orginization.

Boss could do so as he is your boss but well practicing such tactics will leads to departure of employee.  Manisha, I told you in one of your pervious post that I faced such boss where she used to comments us without knowing our expertise or skills and at the end she feel insecure as she lack in such skills and when it comes to work she ask us to do so and we do to follow her but believe me, we did half heart. We left that boss and ultimately management asked her to left the organization and at the end the sufferer was organization and none of us we are enjoying our role and gain bitter but tough experience by working with such micro-manager.
