هل يعجبك رئيسك في العمل ولماذا يصعب أيجاد مدير يمكننا احترامه وأتباعه والتعلم منه؟

فاقد الشئ لا يعطيه

انا ليس لدى عمل حتى ارد بيعجبنى ام لا

Mine is A+++ , because he cares about all of us and he's very fair. And he treats us now and then with lunch or drinks after work,

for me it’s difficult to find a respected manager due to personal or technical reasons , 

the personal is : employee wear many hats.   Everyone has his strengths and weaknesses, but if he's completely lacking any of work components or knowledge , his position may well prove a  persistently challenging endeavor.

technical reasons : like Lack of Work Life Balance , Unpopular Decisions or Sink or Swim Attitude

From personal experience in my previous job was I have had a good relationship between me and the managers as long as the individual respected person compel others to respect either Actinbh to Anramk You are the director, it is point of view there is no difficulty in finding someone we respect the contrary, the idea that we do not want one teaches or Atfoguena experience permission defectVina not in others

من المهم جدا ان يكون مديرى محبوب لدى ويعجبنى وهذا سيؤثر بالايجاب على عملى ولكن لا قدر الله لو لم يكن مديرى كذلك فانه لابد ان لا يؤثر هذا لانى بقوم بعملى باخلاص لوجه الله

لانه مع الاسف في اغلب الاحيان يكون الشخص المناسب في المكان غير المناسب وعندما يكون مناسب فإن مرؤوسه يكون غير مناسب مما يعكس عليه الحالة وبالتالي النتيجة واحدة 

Yes, I like, respect and follow my boss. We have to know what is right and what is wrong. Boss never guides his followers or the staffs to go in the wrong track. If boss compels any of his staffs in that way then I have to say he/she is not a boss. They should be in their position and he employee or the staffs. If this environment is there then not only boss all staffs can get respected position in their work. 

ان شاء الله عندما اجد الوظيفة سو فيكون لي راي ولكن رايي بشكل عام انه ليس هناك انسان كامل وكل شخص له ايجابيات وسلبيات  

ويمكن الاستفاد من هذه الايجابيات وبالاول والاخير يجب احترام المدير حتى لولم تعجبك قرارته او افكاره 

هذا يعتمد على شخصية المدير  من حيث اسلوبه  وظريقة تعاملة   ويصعب أيجاد المدير المتكامل  لان الكمال للة

We just have to know the difference: a boss stays in the carriage and pushes the horses, while a leader is the in front of the carriage, pulling it and the rest of the horses. That's the way it is.

مديري تربطني به صداقة قوية .. مهذب جدا و يقدر المجتهدين

مديرك أنت من تديره و ليس العكس

لا يصعب ايجاد مدير نحترمه فهؤلاء كثيرون أما نتعلم منه فكل إنسان نقابله في حياتنا نتعلم منه 

مر علي خلال فترة عملي اكثر من8 رائيس و لكن كان اعجبت به كان واحد فقط

لانه يقدر الانسان و العمل و يمدحك و يزمك عند التقصسير و لا يغض الطرف عن اخطا بل ياغافل عن صغيرها و يرشدك الى الصحيح و يرد الحقوق الي اهلها و يحترم ويقدر الجميع و الجميع يفعل ذلك معه حبا فيه و احترام له .
