First, how do you know he was intelligent if you have not met?Secondly, after the interview tell him about his clothes in a good way because it is possible to have no money to buy new clothesThird, if it is acceptable job tell him that he must be a system of clothing at work is different from the clothing worn by
Good dress is part of the personal
Advanced to work and go to the interview dressed inappropriate
If you are not interested in the job
I do not think the fact that the applicant is interested in hiring to work
simply ask him about his dress to know why he were that
then i decide if he will join us or not
but note that if he work in front desk or face customer not accept this attitude
Almost every organization uses an interview for making employment decisions. Hiring managers, and others conducting interviews are well aware of interviewee use of “impression management” – applicants’ attempts to create a favorable impression. But that does really matter to you if you think he can fill the position? I will tell I will coach him after.
Firstly there is a Quote in Professional Market
First Impression is the Best Impression.
when a person of Such talent Comes in Unprofessional Attire then he himself Shows he has no Professional Ethics and He is not so much Interested in that Job.
Always Intelligence can't be measured based on 5 to 10 Questions we Pose.
But still if the Interviewer is Considering the Interviewee to be an Intelligent Person then its a Interviewer's Responsibility to Counsel him regarding the Professional Ethics.
A person who is Committed to his Job won't do any Unprofessional Stuff until or unless he is having arrogant attitude with lot of over Confidence.
Dress code is most important for any kind of job, however its impact may differ on the role, no one can deny its importance. If interviewee could not understand its importance at time of interview then how he/she will comply later. For personality impression and effective it is most most most important.
Thank you for the invitation.
It depend on many circumstances and what job being interviewed for
The advantage & highlight here is that the "interviewee seems intelligent" thus dress code isn't that a "big concern" to worry about. If the interviewer has deemed the interviewee "intelligent"; its now upon the interviewer to devise means of getting the prospect ("interviewee) back on truck & nurture the interviewee into becoming the ultimate employee they want them to be, this should be done professionally & with the best timing possible so as not to offend the interviewee or even loose such a prospective talent
Inappropriate, Irregular or might be poor,
Don't Judge people at first site.
My opinion for the HR's don't judge anyone through there dress code, are you willing to buy his/her dress or skills, talents at first met.
