How and what is the relation and links,needed, finance,human resource,marketing,accounts,and production department?

Broadly speaking these all departments need link with each other to make a smooth and trouble free work flow lets discuss each department one by one as per their range and variety of activities:

• Human Resources: This is one of the most important department because in each department we have work force, the main connection of HR is with finance and accounts for payroll activities and other relative activities, and HR has link with production and marketing because of people employed in theses departments have to linked with HR for their payroll leaves etc.
• Accounts and Finance: This is also one of the important department which has link with HR as explained above and with marketing department for sales record, commission on sales information, inventory information, fast moving and slow moving item, customers profile, receivables record, delivery record and so on. A&F is also connected with production department for record of raw material, costing information, inventory information Etc.
• Marketing Department has main link with production department because goods or services produced are to be sole by marketing department so there is very important link between these 2 departments, the grievances of customers can be solved with the inter action between marketing and productions, marketing department can get important feed back from customer and they have to pass it to production department.
