Hello guys, I want to know, are girls eligible to step in into construction jobs, and how they can?

girls are eligible in construction,but the only disadvantage is that most environs dont favour girls due to the mode of work at the sites.

Girls are eligible for CAD works , project planning , as well as quantity work but not at site due to generally many time labor mentality will be not good , few times labor condition is in drinking at working times , etc.

Never but only office work as Drafting, auto cad, and office assistant etc
