What is the best way to replicate the top performance of a specific employee (A) in my company where most of the workers are turning to a deadwood?

By giving less work load, making them happy, by giving " Incentives", and salary hike. motivating them for extracurricular activities etc.

In my opinion and Suggestion :

1-    Search and read in health and safety managemeant . (topics)

2-    Search and read in business and administration, ( HR + Training and Financial ) (topics). 

Notes : 1- You can make a good plan and a greet work stratgy .

              2- You can coorprate with auditr who is certified and qulyfied to make a correctve plan for your company .
