of course new modern System helps a lot  more effective and more efficient   

but also with out Modern system ,, work can be done with more human effort but its ok

That is why we created "big data" and why BI solutions are so popular.

No, i do not agree.  the modern information technology is just making things easier to achieve in a shorter time and with less travelling required for those to conduct the management accounting need ed for strategy building.

I do not agree, we can analyse the information from any source required. Modern information systems automates the processes and saves time, not necessarily limit our abilities.
