Tell me about a situation in which your actions served to make a team you were part of more effective?

specially when i was a team leader i had to be fair with every body , justice is the key word and its law is good work , listening to their problems and try to solve it , i had to show compassion with them in the hard time and not to let them bear over their capacities , listen to their opinions even if i do not adopt them , encourage them and  boost their morals , it was multinational media where i worked i used to avoid any sense of discrimination on religion or culture or tradition or race  or color all are the same work and only good work that give respect , i showed them as a leader love and concern , that way which i was very honest of it made me the core of them ,the star which they were  orbiting the team became very close to me and very close between them selves , it is a sacred mission and by doing this we finished the project in the targeted time and better than what was planned , still our relation ships are valid even that two much time elapsed but men perish and memories survive

Every team member have a role to play if you play your part with sincerity. honesty and dedication you have achieved what is expected of you.

Thanks for your invitation. The team member role starts when a person has a self motivation to understand his task and duties with other in order to realize some goals or a specific goal. I have had various roles as a team-member for many teams consisting of in my practical life and each team has one task or different tasks to reach the target.

However, when anyone has a role in the team as a team member or a team leader must to have a good resilience to understand and accept co-workers with high listening and respect to their attitudes and viewpoints in order to serve the main goal.

The philosophy of the team is depend on the exchange of the points of views, opinions & ideas to get the combined satisfactions for some matters resolving or adopting a certain  policy or taking decision in the tender preparation or project execution. Team Spirit has to remain constantly for more success and progress. I am still having in my mind a lot of memories about my colleagues in the different teams and various tasks with personal efforts to guide them to be more successful and effective. 

I came up with a tool that saved everyone a ton of time that was previously wasted on nonsense tasks.
