Take note adults are unable to sustain attention on one thing for more than about 20 minutes at a time, although they can choose repeatedly to re-focus on the same thing.
When you do a project, have an achievement or make a mistake, do not file it away forever. Keep going back to relive and relearn from the experience. There is no substitute for revision and recall.
