if we are talking about -personal use- then you have to use what do you think is better for you, Firefox and google chrome are very famous and supported all the time, and both of them support the plugins, incognito browsing, bookmarking, downloading and everything you need.
about the speed we are talking about micro-seconds so you are cannot note it as a human!
about safety?? if you have an antivirus it will support the web protecting so it's not matter!!
and if we are take about -business use- you have to ask the developers about best supported browser for the system you are using there,,,,
i use three browser Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.
