Employee Turnover is quote common issue across all the organization. But, it matters on how we take pro-active measures rather than reactive. Am sure that every company will have exit interview before relieving of any employees. You can take last 6 months to 1 year data and do the Exit Interview Analysis & identity the root-cause of the problem. Nobody leaves the company, because the company is not good, the turnover is high because of Manager is not Good (Strange but TRUE). Ultimately the employee refers the Manager (As Company). Based on the outcome, prepare action-plan & monitor (On-going).
