In situations where the work environment is intimidating. You want to quit immediately if you have a better offer and where you suspect your co workers to be spies of the management reporting your every move you keep to yourself. This is situation in most family run business where indevidual opinion has no value. 

But in organisations like Google, HP, Samsung, Reliance,HSBC,TCS ,CTS, which give you the best facilities to work and grow, yes love and even marriage among co workers do happen. People feel relaxed at work and indevidual opinion is valued. 

of course building strong relationship with your colleagues will affect the positivity of the work environment which affect the productivity and efficiency

I'll Keep up the good work and stop bothering them. and I'll Focus on my targets not on their behaviors

Yes friendship is very important.Treat your Colleagues as family.For a manager his subordinate and colleagues should be like family where you all can share your worries and rectifying them by mutual understanding.But keep mind during work follow Code of conduct of your company.

Yes, to create more co-operative spirit between the time-work members, but also to the limit of avoiding any wast of working time in a private or social discussions. 

Of curse it's relationship! Friendship will Not motivate the Work,

Relationship building is very important & crucial in every environment, its a backbone in successsful & prosperous environments. However; if work relations are built & moreso friendships arise, the road to success is always smoothened in every aspect. When coworkers become friends; mutual understanding betweeen them increases meaning that efficiency & effectives will increase in excution of duties together, they will "watch over each other's back" or "cover up each other's gaps" to ensure that they all arrive together at the desired goals & destination.
