Let say you are managing a team with two or three members and you are reporting to your superior. Your subordinate is not willing to take up your orders and he or she does what she wants or follows somebody else. How do you bring them to coordinate with you? is it by force? i mean by complaining or is it by any other ways? (consider this as a general hierarchical organization)

Every business is made of people, the main drive in every business are the people. There´s a huge difference between chief and a leader. One gives orders the other inspires people.
