How Can i negotiate from supplier?

Negotiation is always easy from budding suppliers rather than old and prominent suppliers. You have to find out who else is supplying the same product, get quotes make a comparison statement, find out the qualities which his product don't have then you will have logical arguments for the supplier you want to negotiate with. I am sure you will get some discount, even still if you don't get any discount then you can ask for more credit period, which is also a benefit for you and you can utilize it for other productive things.

At first know all the offers which they are providing to you.see near to your competitor in what they are selling. ask an a little more bulk quantity rather than which he approached you before,get it on more discount.sell it in best price.
