l dont think there is any difficulity to get a job for fresh graduated engineers
but most jobs reqired high experience
Because most companies are looking for candidates with experience. They do not want to invest in young talents' training and education. They just want a 'ready product'.

Most of the company rquist engineering with expirement and yange talent, with new graduate engineering not sufficiant ,so i think it's need sacrific in searching jobe with the benefit to gain the experiment at the biginning.
