A very interesting topic Sir DR MD ANWAR HOSSAIN.
I totally agreed with the experts answer. It's all about respect and trust. Insubordination will be prevented if a leader would respect each team mates ideas or opinion. -you are in a team and a leader is not just a leader. A leader won't be successful without his/her teammates. This actually happens in some organization and this would be also a wake up call to all of the leaders to be called a good leader.
Consultative leadership style: With an exception that in this leadership style management do pay some respect to their subordinates and takes decisions which are in the best interest of the Firm and it's Employees.
