Big Data has become a big buzzword all over the business sphere and hence, it is definitely the way forward for HR to adapt itself to HR Analytics. One of the most urgent changes I see happening in my geography now is the use of Key Performance Indicators for all functions and senior roles. The emphasis is fast shifting to data over dialogue - and that in my opinion is a positive shift!
