I can't say I am a good leader but others will say that.
I believe an effective leader needs to be decisive but at the same time, needs to know when to listen to others. I regularly led workshops at my previous job, and when we were discussing marketing strategies, I told my co-workers what needed to be done, but at the end, I opened the floor to comments and ideas. that is why i am good Leader...

In my opinion no one can say so , just my achievements and past experience can determining that, i can not say i am a good leader nor manager , that is will be proved in the field of work with team , only them can recognize me as a good one ...
Once i red an article says ( related to writing resume ) .... Do not write on it " i am a Leader ..." since the qualities determined just by others not by you , but you can write i can do this and that .....

I listen to people , inspire them . i work with them rather than being bossy . i just don't ask them to do some thing , i show them how it can be done and give them the freedom of being creative and innovative and have a friendly relation with them .
i think i am a good leader because i make balance between organization objective and employee needs
I seem I am a good leader because i not under pressure to my junior as like as a manager but try to make solution by proper motivation with good behave as like as i am their intimate friend.
A good leader is someone that provides inspiration to the team to work at their best. Provides member a chance to improve capability and exposure.
At the end of the day, the number of people you inspire to do great and help to achieve their own success will be a validation of a good leader.
Answering that question myself won't prove that I am a good Leader. Rather people should be eager to answer it for me. I can write the qualities I possess to be a good leader and define myself to have effective leadership skills:
1) Integrity
2) Transparency
3) Innovative
4) Open for different perspectives/ Change Management
5) Positivity and Insightfulness
