Why most of the questions here are in arabic instead of english a global language?

U know it's not enough space to right both languages, so i provide translation in the explanation box.

As I see that som Q are in Ar and En, and som are in Ar only becouse the Q maker Arabic person and he may not knew English or not good in it or not good to make Q in English, Also som are in En becouse Q maker do not knew Arabic or not good in Arabic or can not make Q in Arabic.
