What was one situation that you faced in which you received superior experience with a customer service agent?
My favorite customer service experience is everytime that I assist a customer, when the time that we are talking we started to have a friendly conversation because they feel important and happy with my service.Seeing them happy,with a smile and hearing from them that they really appreciate my help before they leave is very uplifting.They even remember your name,so the next time they visit the store they will look for you because they want you to assist them.
I get to know a lot of customers and I treat most of them as friend rather than customers.
I was printing a report in our customer service office when an angry man came up to the counter demanding a refund. He began yelling at us and complaining about the selfie stick he had bought from our store, saying that it was a rip-off. The other workers were flustered, and even though refunds is not my department, I calmly asked the man what was wrong and he told me that the selfie stick had never worked with his mobile phone. Instead of instantly giving him the refund, I asked to see what mobile he was using. When I found out that his mobile phone was the same brand as mine, I instantly knew what the problem was. I asked him if it was okay for me to open and change settings in his mobile. He agreed and he put his passcode to unlock the screen. After I had stopped a certain program from blocking any device that would want to access his mobile via Bluetooth, there was a connection between the selfie stick and his mobile phone. We took a sample selfie and I could see how the customer service team leader was smiling and relieved. The customer was quick to apologize and I could see the sincerity on his face. I smiled at him and jokingly told him technology is ahead of everyone and no one is immune.
I didn't have any superb customer experience, however I worked as a TAC engineer in multiple vendor in Network profile. So customer satisfaction is one of my top KPI in my metrics.
key point here is non of the customer wants sympathy when they are in trouble.
You need to give empathy and take responsibility to resolve it.
My favorite Customer service experience would be when you get a happy, satisfied customer, who becomes more than a customer and a relationship on loyalty is built on that service provided.
After successful completion of a project, supply or service when you feel every thing done entire as per given timeline, specifications or requirement then first of all you feel comfortable and pleasant, furthermore, if customer give you some positive or appreciating or encouraging remarks then you found yourself more energetic to give more better next time.
my favorite customer experiences was when the customers were happy with the service they get by me and they give good comment on my company this was a honor for me as because i created a good image of my company in the customer mind.

I received a call a while ago the customer had various issues with his mobile phone i Helped him professionally and done a remote access on his device helped him with a software resolution on his device and it started working , the customer thanked me as he was calling several times with no luck , took my name and sent a great feedback on my survey to my manager , that day My manager took the comment and sent it to higher managers as a thank you for my assistance and professional work with the customer.
I have a long experience in customer service, what most calls me the attention is the satisfaction, the honesty of the deal.
