according to me it depends on the mind of the employee that how accurately his/her performance contribute towards the goals of the organization...performer always rewarded ..

According to me all three are important factors for an employee but performance is the best way to increase salary because through performance an employer evaluate an individual and increase their salaries according to their work.
1 . Performance is the Key to get your renumuration corrected. Other than that after having experience of 8+ years individual should start working on solution based approch rather than working on case to case basis requirement fullfillment.
