During my day I barely have time to do anything, or at least that's what it feels like.
I don't a specific schedule, I just want to get an idea of how I should go about planning my day and STILL have free time.

You need to adjust your life style.
Sleep early and wake up early so your schd. can fit easily your day. number of sleeping hours affects your energy and capacity of production. if you are that busy, then a day to day planning is not our goal, you need to pre-schd. your days on either weekly or semi-monthly so you can take advantage of few factors like territory, traffic and similar tasks according to time and effort needed. you also need to find time for some sport or relaxation during the day, this will help you generate energy and focus which will lead to getting the job done fast and accurate.
Being organised in today's hectic work environment is very important to manage professional and personal life. Managing time often differ from person to person. One has to plan each and everyday and prioritise daily operations. Organising and prioirtising work schdule is the key if you are overloaded or you feel overloaded with work
Schedule your working hours with perioriy of work. Prioritize the daily work as per the importance and complete the top urgent tasks first.
Your day should be planned by listing the most urgent and important tasks, then the least urgent but important tasks, then the non-urgent and non-important tasks and finally the non-urgent tasks.
Based on this matrix, I recommend that you do it in order of priority.
Prioritize your tasks that way you can have and idea as to how much time you will need for each.
Time management is the key you need to schedule your time even your leisure time as chelling is also important.

First and foremost create atime table try to honor it slow by slow and then priotise ur health by getting sufficient supplements and drinks . change the routine of waking up and make friends

The best is go out right after work on Thursday evening hang out with friends and On Friday go for some treatments like SPA Sauna or desert trip. So Saturday you are home and and get ready for work,
