Great answer given by colleague Hisham , and i agree with his answer .
Always the workplace, the culture is a daily fact of organizational life, nor is culture in tasks or balance sheets statement or even instruction manuals for employees
. Culture, which was founded by companies such as "Apple" and "Google" in Silicon Valley, but each company is different and different cultures within them as well.
Policies as follows:
: start in order-
there must be a goal when the foundation for a new culture of any company, and to create that goal, we must understand the reason behind the operation, the sense of what is the target of the company
:Select a language and common values and standards-
it should have a firm set of values (the company's principles), and there should also be a set of criteria to measure how they are implementing the principles and when the employees of the company biaslanguage and common standards and values, will have a culture coherent
:Take an example of the big companies in the command-
Leaders who embody the passion is incredible what they are doing and they have a perfect work ethic, they are the main source of inspiration for other employees and for those who wish to join the company
If we look at the brand "Virgin" and how it embodies the "Richard Branson" company founder everything the company wants people to see him cheerful and bold and enthusiastic
:To identify the representatives of that culture-
Each have a group of employees the company live, eat and breathe the culture and helping everyone to understand the status of the company and what it represents as well.
The role of these representatives (employees) do not diminish with time, on the contrary, increase their role while the company grow and ultimately, given the company's leadership a competitive advantage because customers will remember the positive and who are familiar with the company or brand they represent
:Permanent honesty and communication-
Is defined integrity as "the work of the proper thing even though it does not see a person who is doing and whatever he does the leader, he should everyone in his company demanding commitment to the truth and to do everything with a commitment to maximum integrity, and be non-compliance is an option."
:Dealing with the professional ethics of the company's employees-
Should the commander of the company or its chief executive to deal well with the staff, but will become a culture in which the commander established without the benefit of trying if he has a high staff turnover rate
- CV dazzling anything worth its pride, but if the figure required for a person Ozvih exciting questions, it would not be appropriate to work with any company can learn a skill but it is difficult to acquire good manners and personal.
I agree with colleagues answers
There are a few ways to accomplish this, and they don't involve being considerate or agreeable:
You can have successful teams where people hate but deeply respect each other; the opposite (love but not respect among team members) is a recipe for disaster.
Ultimately, you must decide if you want your company to win, or if you want it to be nice. This is not license for your people to be assholes, but a startup whose employees are exhorted to be pleasant or agreeable when they don't feel that way will end up being pleasant and agreeable towards the harsh realities of business, and it will probably end up dead.
Thanks for invitation,
I do support the colleagues' answers, especially Mr. Hisham and Dr. Anwar.
