“The moral instinct” has a close relationship with the internal source of moral consciousness while “moral judgment” is closelyrelated to the external source of moral consciousnes.
Moral instinct It is natural, inborn, non-objective, non-predicative, perceptive, direct, and cannot be argued; it can also be called “the moral disposition” or “intuitive knowledge and innate ability.” feeling of sympathy, shame, fear, and motherly love they are samples of this. We are not able to learn all these behaviors, but are born with them.
On the other hand, “moral judgment” does not mean judgment on morality, but rather judgment related to morality and in the sense of morality; it is cultural, historical, social, objective, predicative, intellectual-rational, reflective, and arguable. Moral judgment is opposite to moral instinct in many respects. It needs education and hard work on behaviors and thinking way to grow it and use it in true way for making decision.
Both; sometimes you would like to do something you like without thinking just because it achieves pleasure simply, we are human beings. However, most of the time you should be logical enough to set your plans or take a personal decision.
Rational judgement occupies the greater part in our day to day dealings,it calls for your weighing the pros and cons of an action.Instinctive is less rational and are usually driven by a strong irrational edge, the repercussions are in most cases not considered. The far l can go Nader.....
Our judgment (rational) is a necessity to conduct our lives and our instinct is its indispensable complement
حكمنا ( الرشيد) ضروري لمواصلة حياتنا و غريزتنا تكملة اٍلزامية له
Notre jugement (rationnel) est une nécessité pour mener notre vie et notre instinct est son indispensable complement
