اذا كنت موظف فى مكان مرموق هل تقبل هدايا من احد العملاء؟

It depends...But in general, this thing in work environment is complicated. It has some ambiguity. When we recieve a present, we should think: will we recieve this same present outside work context?

If my boss knows about the presented present and the customer has no hidden intentions behind this present and I know him/her for a long time and all the other circumstances are Ideal I might accept it. But in general, I don't accept presents. From my work experience, when i was an English teacher in an institute, I used to accept presents from my students on teacher's day. but when I workd in Pakistan Embassy I used to accept NO present from no one. So it depends on the environment, the context and who is presenting this same present. 

If the other mates have taken before and my head knows that why not, but on one condition; the customer should be with a good well known reputation. 

Sorry due to low level familiarity of the language. It is very difficult to understand and write answer in Arabic.  

لا لآني لا أحب المجاملات ولكن إن كان رفضي سيؤثر على علاقة العمل والشغل سأقبل في حدود المعقول.

لاليس اقبل مثل هذه الهدايا لان ذلك سوف ينعكس على سمعتى وسمعه المكان التى اعمل لديه 

وايضا انا لست بحاجه الى مثل هذه الهدايا لان من الواجب اتقان عملى ولااستحق علىيه اى هدايا اوشكر لانى بأخذ المقبل من المكان الذى اعمل به

الهدايا حينما تقدم الى موضف فهي تعني الرشوة, الا اذا كان مقدم الهدية عميل دائم لدي فربما يهديني اياها عن طيب خاطر لحسن معاملتي لهم, حينها ساقبلها لباقة مني ,وارفضها اذا كانت رشوة دون ضجيج ,واقوم بابلاغ المدير كي يحذر العاملين الاخرين من تلقي الرشوة من اي نوع كانت واعلامهم بعقوبة قابلها
