Cisco is good. but when compared to pricing avaya has the lesser prices witalmost sam efeature which cisco give.

Both Avaya and cisco but when talk about prices there alot of companies that cheaper and do the same

I think Avaya is best.

Cisco is best for Cisco-only telephone environment. If you have to implement IP telephony with pre-existing Avaya/Nortal analog/digital telephones, Avaya stands out by operating seamlessly in mixed environment.
