I will promote equal opportunity employment practices for all jobs and operations. Give employees a better understanding of different cultures and religions, send employees to meetings and workshops around the world where they meet different cultures, and religions.

morals and ethics will be promoted on internal workshops and presentations.

1. Say no to Micromanagement 2. Never force an employee to work overtime - paid or unpaid 3. Weekly gathering for lunch or snacks 4. Focus on quality of work and not the time they spend at work.
